It means the guest shall fully enjoy the taste of meats, Wagyu sirloin and shoulder loin have rich and flavorful taste and chuck eye log, rump, thigh and beef tongue have sweeter taste. Not only beef, we have our signature ‘Buta Shabu’, pork shabu shabu, course too. Guests can enjoy steamed pork and full of scallions in Soba sauce based broth.
